Founded in 1939 by the Nieto family with a handmade production today, after more than 70 years of experience in the manufacture of chocolate, our group is the largest chocolate manufacturer in Spain and a leader in many international markets. |

Owned by Grupo Chocolates Lacasa and Vicovicama, both familiar and extensive experience in the chocolate industry companies, our core business is focused specifically on manufacturing products in private label for retail and third parties.
As a result of our efforts, dedication and thanks to the support of our customers, today Ibercacao is a preferential partner for the retail and the food industry in general. Our customer orientation as a key driver of our business has led to substantial growth in volume of more than 150% over the past 4 years.

| Facilities |
| Our production facilities consist on more than 22,000 square meters in which 16 highly efficient production lines and an educated workforce with abundant experience, working everyday to provide quality products at highly competitive conditions and complying with the requirements of the most important quality and food safety international certifications. |

In addition to the production area, main offices, raw material warehouse, loading and unloading areas and finished product warehouse with capacity for 5,000 pallets can be found. |

| We have the largest production capacity of chocolates in Spain, with more than 50,000 tons per year, and the widest range of chocolate products among which we find: cocoa truffles, chocolate bars, hazelnut spreads, chocolate pralines, hot chocolate drinks, cocoa powders and wafers. |

| Brand Distribution Division: develop specific projects for our clients in the retail industry is our specialty. We develop third-party branded products providing expert advice to our clients in all aspects of the product: recipes, R & D, packaging, formats, etc. |

| Industrial Division: Similarly we have a special range of chocolates for use by the confectionery industry in general also offering comprehensive advice. Only then we will get the product that best meets the technical and commercial requirements that our customers need. |

| International Division: with a long exporting tradition, Ibercacao is open to new markets and opportunities beyond our borders. We exhibit our products at major international trade fairs. |

| Quality and product safety is one of our pillars and for this reason we carefully select our suppliers and raw materials to ensure they meet our quality standards and our customers. |
