They can be used before or after baking of pastry products, in frozen pastry, injected on confectionary and bakery pieces, spread, filled, extended or as topping of multiple products. The packaging, texture, fluidity and viscosity is tailored to each customer, adding our know-how and technical service to get the expected results in each industry and end product.

Transport & Packaging

According to product and customer needs:

• Liquid (paste): Heated 24 Tn tunker trucks  or Heated 1 Tn steel containers (allow industrial trials, avoiding the melting of the product or using higher capacity tanks; ready to use industrial cream nearby your production line).


• Stabilized cream (semiliquid): Controlled Temperature transport (18-25ºC), in 1.000 Kg containers (plastic or aluminum + bag), 25 Kg bag in box and 3-25 Kg buckets.

Shelf Life

The shelf life depends on the product packaging:

• Liquid: 1 month (inside a heated tank with agitation).
• Semiliquid: 6-9 months (stored on the original packaging at 18/21ºC, protected from sun radiation, humidity and odor).

The shelf life of the product where the industrial cream is applied, depends on many factors, and can be higher / lower than the cream.


The range of products varies on flavor, texture, color (dark/milk/white/with nuts), application (injection, baking, frozing, extend, spread, fill), formulation and fluidity / viscosity or any other customer requirement.
